Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Time Limit: Refunds are only available within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  2. Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing any refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Refund Process:

  1. Initiation: To request a refund, contact NYA Supply customer service at support@nyasupply.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as NYA Supply is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  3. Inspection: Returned items will undergo inspection. Refunds will only be issued if the item meets our return criteria.
  4. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5-10 business days]. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only permitted for identical items in a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact support@nyasupply.com to initiate an exchange request.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If an item arrives damaged or defective, report the issue immediately to support@nyasupply.com with supporting photographic evidence. NYA Supply will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
